The skin of the Golden Delicious Apple is yellow and light green as it is aptly named. This is a type of apple with high yields and is a mid-season apple.
The golden apples can be presented for sale straight from the branch in the last weeks of September. Again, this variety can be maintained in cold storage until May. Also, you can maintain its first-day freshness for as long as 10 months in controlled atmosphere warehouses.
While this is one of the known old apple varieties, it continues to be sold rapidly in the foreign and domestic apple market.
